New Old Stock ARMSTRONG USA made 78-103  3″ medium duty drop forged STEEL clamp . For years Armstrong was synonymous with the highest  quality hand tools . A number of years ago they were all discontinued . These super robust new old stock clamps are an example of the quality that was once widely available.   Last retail price I could find was $133. Premium quality. The boxes are in poor condition and may be either yellow or white and blue depending on the date of manufacture.
